The Benilde Well-Being Center (BWC) is the college’s mental health and guidance unit that provides counseling, seminars, and wellness programs for students, faculty, and staff. It aims to support the Benildean community’s emotional, psychological, and overall well-being through professional and confidential services.
The Philippine Mental Health Association (PMHA) is a private, non-stock, non-profit organization that promotes mental health and prevents mental disorders through education, advocacy, and community services. It provides counseling, training, and support programs to help individuals achieve psychological well-being.


The National Center for Mental Health (NCMH) is the Philippines’ leading government institution providing mental health services, including crisis intervention, psychiatric care, and community support programs.
